I wanted to say again what a wonderful job you did and how much of a pleasure that it was working with you. You are very professional, of course, and have great attention to detail so that the event flowed extremely smoothly. For me, it was your demeanor and flexibility that drew me to wanting you to cater my wife’s party (the food, of course was also a draw-showing up with a sample was a clincher for me). Your effervescent personalities made working with you fun and easy, and made your presence at the party a plus. As I said to a friend of mine, you almost have too much personality and presence to be locked into the kitchen.
